They are mostly asking questions to see if you can listen and continue to learn. They want people who can speak and problem solve on their own without intervening from management.

Ability to problem solve ? And one time I had an extremely bad problem and solved it
Two stage interview process but it was good, two people interviewed me at the first stage and last stage was with a senior manager. They seemed friendly but nice. Interview was rather tough.
3 interviews, 2 via phone, 1 via zoom. Were straight forward, and friendly. Mostly asked behavioral and previous work experience questions. Were very clear about the process and follow ups.

Straightforward and clear with plenty of opportunity to ask questions and understand deliverables of role. Previous experience explored together with transferable skills and opportunities for career progression outlined. Scenarios explored for transferable skills.
