I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Varsity Tutors (Union, NJ) in Jun 2023
Interview
The interview process was straightforward and professional. I submitted my application online, and the follow-up interview focused on my teaching experience, subject knowledge, and ability to communicate clearly with students. The interviewer also asked about my approach to handling different learning styles and keeping students engaged. Overall, the process was efficient and took place in a supportive atmosphere.

Interview
AI Interview, very easy. Asked very basic question's regarding experience, motivation, etc. I’m a freshman student in UMD and so I haven’t been to many job interviews, but this was genuinely easy.
