Interview
I had an initial meeting with HR, during which they briefly outlined the interview process: three total interviews, including conversations with the hiring manager and the broader team. Based on our discussion, it appears that some of the technical experience they are seeking may not fully align with my background, so it’s possible they may choose not to move forward. Nonetheless, the HR representative was clear and professional in explaining the next steps.

Question 1
They asked about my experience with Kubernetes, which I do have, though currently at a beginner level since my present role does not require extensive use of it. I expressed that gaining deeper Kubernetes expertise is something I’m eager to pursue in my next position. However, Veeam appeared to be looking for someone with significantly more hands-on experience, which ultimately made the expectations a bit misaligned.
