Got past the first phase, the HR (among many role she has) was really nice but I don't think I was culturally a fit. Great people and wonderful work they do!

The interview process at this company spanned over a month and involved multiple stages. Initially, I had a 30-minute discussion with the Head of Operations, followed by a coding challenge. This was succeeded by a 30-45 minute session with the Director of Integration Services and a separate meeting with the Managing Director. Additionally, there were two interviews with the Lead Engineer and one with a Software Engineer. Throughout these interviews, I felt positive about my performance. However, I received a brief email stating that my application would not be proceeding further, with no detailed feedback provided. Although I found the experience to be educational, I believe the process could be more efficient. It would be beneficial if the company could determine applicant suitability earlier in the process to avoid prolonged timelines.
