The interview process was easy and very straightforward. There was not a question you cant answer as long as you know yourself. The first "interview" wasn't an actual interview just called to see if I wanted a part time instead of fulltime sine the position i had originally applied for was already filled all though they still to this day have the application up on indeed. The second interview was on Blue jeans with the manager of the store she was very nice and the interview went over the specified time by about thirty minutes which I had a good time talking to her. I was supposed to hear back this Thursday but I didn't hear anything until yesterday morning to be told another applicant got the job so at least they didn't ghost my two follow up emails and thank you email like weve all experienced with other companies

not difficult. it went smoothly. long hiring process but recruiters often respond quickly. got interview the next week. but it took some time to hear back from them. however, it's not very hefty
Talked about myself, experience and goals. Then they had me and the two people interviewing me run through a mock sale, take coaching, then had us run through a sale again.
The whole Verizon process felt like wandering a maze that kept adding new hallways. It took multiple applications and assessments just to reach a recruiter, and once I finally did, the communication went quiet. Four weeks just to get to that point, and then no follow-up at all. For a role that sounded urgent, the month-and-a-half timeline made the experience feel slow, disorganized, and ultimately unproductive.
