I applied online and was contacted by Chelsea Randel (Sr. Sales Recruiter) the next day. We set up an exploratory call, and when I had to reschedule, Chelsea was incredibly flexible and kind about it, which I really appreciated. After that, I had a 30-minute interview with a Sales Development Manager. Chelsea hopped on for the first few minutes to get me started and then handed the Zoom over. From there, I was moved to the final round with the Tampa Senior Director of Sales, the Tampa Sales Development Manager, and the Head of the AAE Program. Everyone I spoke with was driven, motivated, open to questions, and gave me a real look into the role, including both the challenges and the growth opportunities. Chelsea was the backbone of the entire process, and I’m grateful to have been led by her.
