Phone interview first. Then, 1:1 plus multiple interviews on different days with different groups/panels of people. Some days have interviews with more than one group. They had people in the "good cop" and "bad cop" roles. Some were interested in both my skill set and how I fit in with the team and company culture. Others were strictly interested in my technical skills. In the interview process, the Company is presented through rose-colored glasses instead of as it actually is. Once I started work, I felt as if I'd been highly deceived about the Company culture during the interview process.
