I came in on 2/1/2013 and asked for an application. I brought it back in yesterday (2/4/2013). The manager was already doing interviews that day and wanted to squeeze me in so she told me to come back at 3 p.m. for an interview. It was a group interview with about 5 of us total. We went around and answered basic questions about customer service, our work experience and what to do in certain scenarios. The interview lasted about 45 minutes. I got a call today offering me the position and accepted. I start training in less than 2 weeks! Note: They did check my references!
