The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret in Jul 2009
Interview
The interviewer was nice laid back. Group interview where they didn't even ask interview questions, more like whats most important to you in the world... tell me about yourself. They didn't use my previous employment references so they called and asked for regular people to call. so I got the job but I turned it down. 7.30 an hour for my experience, which they didn't even check is ridiculous.
I was asked to sell a pen to the interviewer. I believe the answer they’re looking for is for you to start asking questions about what the customer needs/is looking for in a pen, then explain how that pen can meet those requirements.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you improved a process at your job.
Quick and simple, group interview with many other applicants. I applied for seasonal work and was kept after. We each had our own moment with the hiring manager and it was a quick process

Question 1
What about Victorias Secret makes you want to work for us?
They needed a cashier badly, so the interview was really quick and easy. I had a nice conversation with the shop manager, we talked about my previous experience and availability.
