It was a group interview, fairly chill. However I denied the offer because the schedule didn't work out with mine. They stay until 2 am sometimes after closing which is at 10 pm which I did not like.

Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
