Online Application, Call from Recruiter, Group Panel interview, job offer a week later. They look to hire people who are friendly and up beat...if you are one of these two things you have a chance with them. I got hired for a seasonal position, so I had a group interview with six other girls; try your best to stand out by answering the questions first; this shows that you are outgoing and that is another characteristic that they look for.

I was asked to sell a pen to the interviewer. I believe the answer they’re looking for is for you to start asking questions about what the customer needs/is looking for in a pen, then explain how that pen can meet those requirements.

Quick and simple, group interview with many other applicants. I applied for seasonal work and was kept after. We each had our own moment with the hiring manager and it was a quick process

They needed a cashier badly, so the interview was really quick and easy. I had a nice conversation with the shop manager, we talked about my previous experience and availability.
