It was a group interview. While this is a very effective tool for interviewing several people quickly it doesn't always give the best opportunity to assess the candidate.

How do inspire a customer who is "just looking" to make a purchase?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
