I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret
Interview
The interview process was somewhat more informal than I expected, it reminded me of a fast food interview. I filled out an application in the store and they called me the next day to come in. I got there and was led back to a tiny office where a very nice lady asked a few simple questions. It seemed like they were just looking for honest, competent people.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
