I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret in May 2014
Interview
Simple, turned in an application and got a call the next day to set up and interview. Had a group interview with three other girls who all had experience in retail except me. The other girls didn't give very good answers so that helped me a lot. Asked us about 4 questions, they called the references I listen down the next day, and offered me a job the day after that.

Question 1
First they asked why I wanted to work at Victoria's Secret, then they asked WHY Victoria's Secret. It was kind of hard because I kind of answered both questions with the first answer but I managed to answer it. Don't answer saying how much you love the store, tell them how you will be able to contribute to their team.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
