Interview
It was a group interview, which made me feel uncomfortable and unconfident. Since i'm a shy and timid person it was hard for me to answer questions being asked because i didn't want people to think my answers are stupid. I've never worked before and didn't realize it would be a group interview.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
