I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Atlanta, GA) in Feb 2015
Interview
Submitted an application in store in October.. Received a call at the end of January when all hope was lost. Initial interview was a group interview consisting of about 6 applicants including myself and one manager. She Asked fairly reasonable and easy questions. She would say the question then have us all answer it. She also gave us good background information about the company and what they stand for. This process took about an hour and 15. Received a call back about 2 days later asking to come in for a second interview a couple days later which was one on one with a different manager. This was fairly brief. Received a call about 4 days later with a job offer and I accepted!

Question 1
Describe a good customer service experience and a bad customer service experience
I was asked to sell a pen to the interviewer. I believe the answer they’re looking for is for you to start asking questions about what the customer needs/is looking for in a pen, then explain how that pen can meet those requirements.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you improved a process at your job.
Quick and simple, group interview with many other applicants. I applied for seasonal work and was kept after. We each had our own moment with the hiring manager and it was a quick process

Question 1
What about Victorias Secret makes you want to work for us?
They needed a cashier badly, so the interview was really quick and easy. I had a nice conversation with the shop manager, we talked about my previous experience and availability.
