Group interview, felt more like they’re trying to see how well you can carry a conversation. After the first interview there was a second phone interview with another manager, similar questions kind of the same thing.

Why do you want to work here? Give me an example of a time you offered above and beyond customer service? What is good customer service to you?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
