I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Anniston, AL) in Oct 2015
Interview
It was a group interview and there were several different groups but only 1 at a time. There was a manager and the girl she was training interviewing 3 at a time. And my best advice is to speak first because then you kind of set the pace and get the broadest way to answer questions because no on " stole your answer"
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why do you want to work for vs , how do you accommodate customers with special needs, etc.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
