Interview
It was a group interview. I wore the latest PINK collection and came with very minimal makeup. I was told to look cute, but not too done up. They ask couple of questions and let's everyone answer. They asked us to sell them something as if we were a sales associate, so they could see how you are
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
