I actually found out that Victoria's Secret was hiring on Craigslist and they were having an open house the very next day. I was so excited because I was currently in between jobs and Victoria's Secret is my DREAM job. I showed up to the mall the next day and sure enough the ad on craigslist was true so I filled out an application and had an interview on the spot with one of the managers. It was really laid back and he asked me basic questions and we mainly conversed about my current company and the job market itself. He liked me so he asked me to sit & wait while he got another manager. She was really bubbly and we hit it off instantly! She asked me why do I want to work for Victoria Secret and i told her "I love Victoria's Secret. I love what the company stands for in general and how comfortable it makes women feel from the inside out." She LOVED my answer and offered me the position & said she will check my references. A week or so goes by and I was getting nervous because I thought they forgot about me. So now its another week and today I get the phone call saying to come into Orientation tomorrow ^_^ . I felt like I got my golden ticket!
The interview process was honestly pretty quick and straightforward. The manager there was ready to answer the questions I had about the company and the job position at the time.
