Very well structured. Spoke to several different people in charge of each department. Many people asked why I was qualified but were generally excited to make me a part of the team.

This was a multi-step interview process: (possible recruiter)Direct report, Team member, Panel Interview with presentation, CEO. View goes after bright and talented people with a Pitbull mentality. Challenging, but not insane.

Several discussions with Regional VP and other lead sales people, mostly behavioral in nature. Overall discussions lasted about 45 minutes to 1 hour in nature. Seemed to be sporadic at times.
