I applied online through FitforVirginActive. I was contacted via email to arrange a face-to-face interview. After the first stage one-to-one interview I had to write and present a business plan based on my first actions in the role. I knew the club and position that I was applying for and the interview questions were based on that.

6 hour round trip to Manchester. Delivered prepared presentation that took a few hours to complete. Interview was relaxed and told a decision would be very quick. After a week of no communication I emailed for an update but still no communication. Very unprofessional company.
