Applied online on the Visa career website. I only had one 30 minute phone interview with my potential new manager. Mainly behavioral and conversational. Nothing difficult. I was given an offer after one interview, so I was a bit shocked. Usually companies do at least 2 to 3 interviews. Pay rate was $26/hr. Additionally, you could choose to live in free corporate housing provided in Foster City, CA, or a $3,500 stipend. Very good offer salary and experience-wise, but turned it down because it wasn't exactly what I wanted to do.
