Virtual interview using hirevue, Most of the questions did not ask about your skillset or the value you can bring. Mostly about why are you applying specifically to Visa's VCA department and other questions related to company culture.
3 rounds, 1 behavior, 1 technical and 1 case study. Friendly and supportive interviewer. However, the process takes too long - 3 months for all round, HR is not responsive. Compensation is average, not very attractive
