Vision Real Estate interview questions

It was very negative. The interviewers did not seem to be very structured in their format. They asked questions that seemed to be all over the spectrum, and some of the questions that were posed did not seem to apply to the position I was interviewing for at all! I believe the talent acquisition leader at this company was sorely lacking in recruiting abilities - I doubt if he even had an advanced degree, and his people skills and demeanor left a great deal to be desired.
