Processus de recrutement très désorganisé. Approché directement via LinkedIn, puis plusieurs entretiens réalisés avec feedback positifs et validation pour l’étape du use-case. Ensuite : reports multiples, annulations de dernière minute, manque de visibilité pendant plusieurs semaines, puis refus communiqué uniquement après relance. Le problème n’est pas le refus en soi, mais le manque de transparence et de respect du temps candidat tout au long du processus. L’équipe semblait sympathique lors des échanges, par contre le pilotage du recrutement donnait une impression de forte désorganisation interne.
