Thorough and comfortable. The interviewee was open and informed. I did feel uncomfortable at all. The role play portion was a little anxiety producing. I had no issues with the interview process at all.
I applied online. I interviewed at Vital Decisions (New York, NY)
Interview
1. Phone interview ~45 mins; phone interview with recruiter, they tell you about position and have you discuss why you would want to work there.
2.skype interview ~45 mins; would be in person but new location. Discussed in depth your training, theoretical orientation, and company.
3. Workshop, 3 hours; on site training workshop, hear back shortly after unfortunately start date is 6 months from interview and offer which doesn't make a lot of sense.
