I’m sorry to hear you had a negative experience. We pride ourselves on providing an exceptional interview process to all candidates. I understand if the position was a more junior-level role than what you would be interested in, but we appreciated your interest in learning more about the opportunity and scheduling an initial interview with the hiring manager. At the end of the initial interview, the hiring manager informed you that the next step in the process would be an interview with his colleague – this next step wasn’t a guarantee, as we had several candidates interviewing for the position. This initial interview was on Friday, and you reached out to follow up on Wednesday, which was the 3rd business day after your interview, since we do not work on weekends. I apologize that you did not receive an immediate response to your message, however we were still in the process of interviewing. When you messaged again on Friday morning, you received a quick reply explaining this and ensuring more information soon, which also was provided that same day. Unfortunately your strong skill-sets were not a match for this opportunity. We truly appreciate your interest in Vital Decisions and the Health Outcomes Analyst role. Although you were not the ideal fit for this position, we were very interested in keeping your information on file for future openings.
