Interview
there will be three rounds followed by aptitude which is on AMCAT, GD only you need to just speak and they will select you and technical they will check your basic skills and just some HR questions and they will ask that you can shift to pune because there only they have the vacancy not in banglore.
It ıs mostly a non-technical interview for recent graduates. There a several rounds such as group interview, an individual precentation for 10 minutes, an english test and lastly a interview with the VOLT( high level managers) (witch is assigned randomly)

Interview
First there was virtual interview. Then there was an assessment center which has 4 sessions. Group work where they give some pain points of their customers and for us to come up with innovative ideas to address the pain points. Then there was an individual interview which was focused on strengths, challenges, and things like that. Nothing technical was asked. Then there was this innovative project which needs to come up and address the purpose of the company. Then there was a panel discussion where employees from the company introduced them selves and discussed about their job at Vodafone.

What kind of difficulties you faced when there was change needed in the way you worked. How did you faced it?
An online application followed by an automated video interview where we had to answer three questions, each with a time limit of 1 minute. The questions ranged from behavioural to asking about the telecoms industry.
