Interview
After submitting the CV, took the video call interview with HR and department manager. Overall interview was friendly asking about myself and my knowledge of the industry. Most of the questions were CV based usually asking the details and how I overcome the challenges and difficulties.

What do you know about W hotel?

Friendly, two-part process. Met with the manager of the desk and a representative from HR. They want to know that you enjoy talking to people and are organized and can make calls without needing to confirm with a manager when a guest is scowling in front of you.
Great experience. The process took only 3 weeks. I did an interview over the phone with HR and hiring managers. There was a also a written test which was average. The questions were average. They just would like to know how you're going to deal with different customers.
