Applied through the WSP website, process took about 3 to 4 weeks (inc. application, interview, and offer). The interview in itself was pretty easy, if you know your basics and engineering concepts well, it shouldn't be difficult. The interviewer was also quite friendly and gave brief information about the company and the position.
