The initial interview was a group interview and we were 'speed dating' management from different areas. This involved each of the staff asking one set question in 90 seconds, followed by others if time allowed. This process was followed by a workshop with the HR department to develop our personal brand.

Good interview and interesting questions, one was with 1 person manager and the other was with 2 persons working in offices. The persons were welcoming and they did the interview well, nothing really to complain about but they did not update me on the status after.

Approximately thirty minute phone interview, which was scheduled a few days in advance. No difficult questions, just chat about experiences and projects. Be sure to know your resume well. The interviewers were very nice.
Ask you to write some technical paragraph following with some interpersonal questions. The interview itself took about 40 mins long. Very good experience.
