Interview
I just finished my phone screening and to be honest it wasn't that bad. The questions was straight forward. Questions regarding why did you pick this role, run me through your resume, etc.
One formal interview conducted. Questions ranged from talking about prioritizing the design process, describing yourself, describing a challenging experience and how you overcame it. Must possess knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical design systems within buildings and plumbing systems.
