I was recruited after a career fair. I had a phone interview with a recruiter and then I was asked to come to corporate, in Deerfield, IL for a 1:1 interview that same week. I had my 1:1 interview on a Friday and was called the following Monday morning with an offer for the internship. I had to decide that week and complete the drug test and send the acceptance letter back. Overall the process happened very quickly. The interview was basic behavioral questions where they want to see problem solving skills and leadership qualities.
