As I already worked for the company, I had a personal relationship with the hiring manager. When the position became available, I simply applied and was offered the job. Not much too it really. She knew me and knew my reputation and I got the job.

Everyone was very nice, about 6-8 behavioral questions along with asking about you and giving a chance to ask about any other questions. The questions are quite lengthy but no too bad.

Interview was conducted online via Teams. The interview process was typical, asking open ended questions : tell me more about yourself, why choose Walgreens.
I did get the position however, was going to be a huge pay cut. It was a great interview experience.

Process involved two district managers and the interview lasted about 30 minutes. Questions were behavioral/situational and somewhat wordy. Need to focus so you don't misunderstand the questions. Overall interview went well.
