I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Walgreens in Sep 2013
Interview
Found the job posting on university recruiting website. Met them once at career fair. Received interview invite a week prior to actual interview date. Two on one interview process - straightforward behavioral questions that are not normally asked. One listened and one took notes - took a total of 20 minutes in a span of 5-6 questions.

The interview process was great. An interview was scheduled promptly and fit my needs at the time. It was a 30-minute interview that consisted of 10 standardized questions. Each question was asked once, but could be repeated if necessary.

Interview
I heard about the opportunity at a school job fair. I dropped an application online and needed to fill out a survey. I was notified by email that I had been selected for an interview. The interview was held on campus and was comprised of about 10 easy behavioral questions.

Question 1
There really were no hard questions in the interview. The one I had to think about for a moment was "Tell me about a time where you had to urge a group of people to avoid taking the easy way out."
