      One on one interview process. Open ended questions. Look for detailed responses and specifics. Explain processes and how you overcame issues or situations. Be detailed but keep from rambling. You will get little to no interaction from the person giving the interview. the idea is to see how you respond to the formatted questions.

      This was a situational interview with ten questions in front of two store managers at the District Office for the LEAP program to become an ASMT. It was a standard situational interview, and were were expected to form our answers in the SAO format- Situation, Action, and outcome.
