I applied online. I interviewed at Walgreens (Columbus, OH) in Apr 2023
Interview
Umm lol. I barely had an interview. I was asked to come in at a certain time, and upon arrival, I already knew that I didn't want the job based off the employee attitudes, the customers inside and the trash all over the parking lot. However, I didn't want to flake out, and I had already wasted the energy getting out of bed, and the gas driving there lol. I was escorted back to an unorganized, messy office where several employees kept coming in, interrupting and asking the manager questions. I was asked about 4 questions and then told I had the job. I declined and made up an excuse about my availability to ease the obvious disappointment in the room. I wouldn't recommend this company if you're serious about getting into pharmacy technician work/healthcare. Seems like a mess.

Question 1
What is your availability? Are you certified? What experience do you have with medication dispensing?
I applied online. I interviewed at Walgreens in Dec 2021
Interview
Typical behavioral and situational interview questions. Some of the questions were kind of hard to answer having never worked at Walgreens, but other than that the questions were pretty normal.

Question 1
What would you say to a customer who tried to fill a prescription we don't have in stock?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Walgreens (Houston, TX) in Aug 2021
Interview
The interview was laid back. A few basic interview questions. Prepare for behavioral questions and they like people with work experience. Overall, don’t stress too much or else you will forget your words.
