Interview
It was straightforward situational questions and questions about how you would handle situations. I didn't feel they were anything out of the ordinary, they want to know if your open to different work schedules, split days off and how you would handle situations.

The Interview Process was very informal, it was a promotion based off of previous employment with the company. I was offered the position following an internship and had a conversation about the position generally. They used the offer as a way to keep me with the company.

Store Manager recommended me to DM. After about a week I was called to the office. We spoke briefly about why I want to be a store manager, and if I was enrolled in profit sharing. I took a math test which consisted of scenarios, and questions involving percentages.
