Simple process. Applied online on the careers website, did assessment test, 1 screening call with current AFDP, and a final virtual interview and case study with the same person. Received offer.

It was half behavioral, half case study. The case element was about whether or not Sam's club should discontinue the distribution of the rotisserie chicken. Pretty simple stuff, and nice interviewers. I did it on campus at my school, so they even came to me.

I talked with analysts and was eventually referred to the recruiter for the program. I had a conversation with him about my experience and then had a formal interview scheduled with someone in HR. Ended up getting dropped after the first round.
