First, I applied. Then one week later, Walmart's People Lead called to schedule a virtual phone interview, which she called and ask couple basic questions, like can you perform the tasks that this position requires, also my availability. Then she told me to come in the next day for an in-person interview. I came in the next morning and was offered the position that day on the spot.

Interview
I applied online and within an hour of applying, I received a phone call from Walmart asking me to stop by for an interview. My interview lasted about 2 hours in which two different managers asked me questions about myself. I took a drug test that same day. A couple of days later, I returned for training (several hours on the computer) and began working.

Interview
I arrived 15 minutes early for my interview. They took me into the personnel room in the back. There was another person waiting for the interview. The interviewer asked him questions first, while I was sitting at another table right behind him. I could hear every word they were saying. She asked him different questions than she asked me. She was nice and polite and I was not nervous at all. Overall, I was there for over an hour, but the actual interview was about 10 minutes. They tell you then and there if you got the job or not and then they tell you the pay and give you papers to go get drug tested.
