Met with the department manager and had a brief, casual conversation about my availability and experience with lawn and garden products. The interview lasted about 20 minutes and included basic questions about customer service and product knowledge.

It was very simple. I came in, and there was a brief conversation. He introduced himself, and told me about the job. I brought in my resume in a folder and made sure to dress business casual, even though I probably didn't need to do that.

Very quick and simple. Mostly just confirming your information and making sure you are okay with working outside and lifting heavy objects for long periods of time over your head.
