This was a preliminary phone Call:
Very casual with strictly behavioral questions. Took about 20 minutes. I got a first round interview that takes place over WebEx (Facetime). The Recruiter was very nice and even prepped me once I got offered a first round interview.

Interview
Round 1 - phone screening call with recruiter, very basic, 2 - 3 behavioral questions, a time you got challenged in a group setting? a time when things didn't work out within a group? explain things on your resume you get asked about.
Round 2 - two back to back phone/webex interviews with upper level management; round 1 was behavioral as well; recycled questions from round 1; round 2 tests your aptitude;
Round 3 - in person on site behavioral interview;
