I have a hearing loss and hold a bachelor degree. The personnel manager said the job position wouldn't fit me and wouldn't let me take the job because of my hearing loss. And it would be too much work load for women like me. It was quite a negative experience with the Personnel.

Walmart sent representatives to our school for interviews. During the interview it was 3 to 1. They briefly introduced themselves and their position and which location they were currently employed at and asked me to do a brief introduction of myself. After they , they went into behavioral questions and where exactly did I see myself working at within the next few years.
