- Apply from online. They will call you, and you have to sit for the interview. Besides, you have to answer properly, and if you are selected they will send you emails. Then you have to do some paperwork. Then you will be requested to join in the aforementioned date
You place your application online, and in most cases just call the store a few days later. Afterwards, some team leads want an in person interview, some will just do a simple call to check availability and go over what the job entails. Afterwards, you do a background check and start your job.
I was called in after submitting my resume and me and the hiring manager just went through my past experience to see if it aligns with what they were looking for.
in person interview mostly happen. you will be asked some questions related to previous experiences and mostly customer services. interview usually take 30-45 minutes sometimes more if they invite you to participate in a group interview.
