Initially I found a job position online and submitted an online application. The Health and Wellness Market Manager then e-mailed me to as for an interview. The interview with her was about 20-30 minutes a Walmart store in the back. After that, I had a phone interview with the regional pharmacy manager which was about 30 minutes long.

Pre-screen call was straight forward questions getting to know you and your background. Why Walmart, some questions about your ideals and work ethic.

Very informative about the company's history and general purpose/direction. They asked questions regarding where I wanted to be in a few years within the company. They also wanted to know if I see myself in more of a leadership role.
