You have two interviews and based on past experience of working with walmart decides how long and if you are hired or not. I had worked at previous walmarts and got a job offer and job based on that. Pay is never negotiable they dont say this up front but it isn't and may jerk you around before that

1. Apply it online on your website directly via workday profile.
2. After application, if selected they call you within like 2 weeks time
3. They call and schedule an interview
4. Interview happens
5. If selected they place an offer to the candidate
6. Orientation and CBL (computer based learning and trainings) are held.
7. After that you start your job

5. Have you ever done any merchandising in your previous roles ?
6. What are your career expectations and are you comfortable in doing a min. wage job ? part time i.e.

Fast did not give great details of what the position is. No job experience asked. People was friendly . They did not really stay what the position would be.. it was like they were in a hurry to get you in.
