Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What is your availability? Are you willing to stay employed here for at least one year?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Walmart (Morrisville, NC) in Jul 2014
Interview
I was contacted about a position in the bakery, and scheduled for an interview the next day. When I got there, I did a quick walk-through. The people were very pleasant, store looked and smelled very clean. A little on the small size, compared to what I am used to, but it is grocery-only. The interview went well; I was not expecting to have only the one, but they had apparently decided they wanted me there and talked about things in the sense that I had already been decided on. That was actually pretty nice. We did a walk-through of the bakery and deli departments, as I will be trained as a crossover employee. I met with the assistant manager, who was also very friendly. All around a very pleasant experience, even with my going into it with a preconceived notion that they would not be a good employer. I accepted their offer on the spot.
