Interview
First you have to do an assessment. Then they will call you back if you pass & call you in for an interview . If you do well with the interview you will possibly get hired on the spot , if not they will give you a call within that same week.
Nothing really, they practically hired me on the spot. I was a teenager and they seemed short staffed, so it makes sense, although it was my first job and they probably should've actually asked me a few questions.

Interview
Easiest interview I’ve ever had, it didn’t feel like an interview. The manager basically told me what I would be doing if I accepted the job and didn’t ask me any questions besides my availability.
