I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Walmart (Toronto, ON) in May 2022
Interview
1st interview with HR. Very pleasant, nice conversation, answered questions about work experience, salary expectations. Few situational questions about how I dealt with certain situations at work. Overall was positive interview. Before the 2nd interview I had to submit SWOT analysis. In the interview had to go over my analysis. Great conversation, lots of questions about my current position, but overall felt very positive. Too bad didn't get through to the next stage as received email a week later that they went with someone else. Better luck next time!

Question 1
How do I ensure to not pass price increase to consumer and keep costs low?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Walmart in Jan 2026
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me on linked in and upon talking to her, she really made it seem like she was advocating for me to get the role. I had one interview with a panel of 3 team members. The questions all centered around stories of how I previously showed examples of Walmarts 4 core values. I sent a thank you email post interview and I followed up for an update with the recruiter a week later. Never heard back, radio silence.
6 weeks later, I get an automated rejection email. Seems super unprofessional to be treated like this by such a large, reputable company.
Terrible terrible experience. Take forever to get back with you. By the time I accepted a job and was 4 months into the job they contacted me for additional interviewing. Shows laziness and was annoying.
First there was a screener call wit hr and then a panel interview with the hiring manager and another person on the team. Found out 2 weeks after final interview.
